Florence, MA: The customer already had plans from an architect with engineered drawings for their 1400 sqft unfinished attic space. We worked with them a little on simplifying the design and focused on the areas that really mattered to them. We added a large shed dormer across the back of the home and a few dormers on the front of the house. With added space we were able to fit within the design a large master bedroom and bathroom, 2 additional bedrooms, another full size bathroom, and much more.
Suffield, CT: We worked with the customer for about a year trying to find the right property. Finally, they set there minds on this private location with 30 acres of land and lots of work to bring it up to date. We worked step by step with the customer through design, construction and finishes to give them the home they were looking for.
Williamstown, MA: This recently purchased home just didn't fit the vision the customer had for it...so we helped get it there. We added new front doors, custom cedar barn doors, azek decking, new appliances and cabinetry, refinished the hardwood floors, remodeled bathrooms, basement bar and installed a heated driveway. Our favorite element was the 1000 sqft of reclaimed wormy chestnut flooring from Virginia that we installed in the basement offices and informal living room.
Suffield, CT: This family called us up with plans in place to add this grand family room unfortunately the biggest hurdle was making it work while not letting the budget get away from us. After meeting with the family many times we finally had a plan and the outcome...well... see for your self.
Westhampton, MA: This sunroom addition to a home features fully insulated floors and ceilings to meet current energy code and insulated glass floor to ceiling. Far from any neighbor the customer will be able to relax in privacy all year around.
Agawam, MA: New bathroom design borrowing from traditional and contemporary design elements.
Chicopee, MA: 16' x 18' addition with brick veneer and concrete clap board and cellular pvc trim.
Chicopee, MA: Bedroom addition with small enclosed back porch.
Southwick, MA: New sunroom with casement windows, cellular pvc trim, hardie panel, porcelain tile deck, and interior features tile, wainscoting with chair rail, and cathedral ceiling.
Agawam, MA: Master Bedroom Suite addition with bathroom, laundry and sunroom.
Chicopee, MA: Attic addition of two bedrooms, new staircase, skylights and sun tunnels by Velux, and full bath.
Ludlow, MA: Complete home renovation with exclusion of two bedrooms. Second floor addition of three bedrooms, new staircase and full bathroom. First floor kitchen renovation with added recessed lights and pendants, new flooring throughout, and bathroom renovation.
Enfield, CT: New finished attic space, master bedroom suite added, and additional bedroom. A full size bathroom was added, AC was added to the whole house, and new siding and vinyl windows by Harvey BP.
